Well, what a week it’s been!
We’ve had sunshine, thunderstorms and rain, the lightning on Tuesday night was absolutely crazy in my hometown.
Now, though we can forget about the horrible weather and look forward to a fabulous weekend coming up.

You may well remember in my last ale review post, I studied a tremendous beer which you can check out here Titanic Plum Porter.
Now, I thought it was only right to my next post on the brewery where this marvellous beer is brewed.
Now, you’ve got to admit, there is nothing better than a lovely and small rustic-style country pub.
I mean they just fill you up with pure joy, excitement and it provides you with that happiness feel that you’re in such a fantastic place.
That’s what today’s post is on, a perfect and adorable little Country Pub called The Green Man.
Hello to you all, I hope you’re keeping yourselves well and safe during the lockdown!
Just before I get onto the next post, I want to mention that the former ales and breweries blog has successfully been rebranded to The Cask Connoisseur – I also now have got a tremendous new website and I’ve got plenty of content posts to keep you all occupied over the next coming week.
You may well remember in my last post, I talked about The Uttoxeter Brewing Company which is built on the site of The White Hart Hotel, this new business has been in operation for around 2 years now and it has shown that the business is going from strength to strength.
This Microbrewery came known to me when it was my 22nd Birthday in January (2020), me, Isobel and her family (Chris, Jayne and Charlotte) ventured to The White Hart Hotel in Uttoxeter for a meal to celebrate mine and Chris’s birthday.
Hello everyone, I am sorry if it’s been a couple of days since I have done a new post, the truth is I just wanted to take a couple of days off from the blog.
Well here it is, my final chapter on Marston’s Brewery, I have thoroughly enjoyed bringing you all a fantastic insight into this tremendous Brewing Heritage building and I must admit I have learnt some new information that I wasn’t aware of, that is the added bonus.
I’ve done a lot of Public Bar Reviews lately, so I thought I’ll try something different and do a Date Night Review for where me and Isobel have been.
Hello everyone, I hope you’re keeping well and staying safe during the UK Coronavirus lockdown and I am sad to tell you that today’s post is my penultimate chapter of my Marston’s Brewery adventure.
