Hello everyone, I hope you’ve all had a fantastic weekend, it’s been an incredibly busy weekend for me, but it’s now time to look forward to a new week!
It’s Wednesday and we are edging ever closer towards the weekend, I have this feeling though that the weeks are going by ever so quickly, I mean how are we in July already!
I thought it was only right to bring you a fantastic Public Bar Review post on one of my and Isobel’s second favourite eatery, we’ve been here so many times and have never had a bad experience.
Hello to all of my tremendous followers, a very happy Hump Day to you all, the weekend is edging nearer and nearer!
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for me so far as I’ve started back at work, I am happily been blogging away over the past two weeks and preparing so many fantastic posts for all of you to see.
That’s another week nearly over and it’s time to get into that weekend feeling!
A fair few of my followers will also have heard the news that the hospitality sector in the UK is reopening tomorrow (Saturday 4th July) as the lockdown is eased even further.
I am going to guess majority of you are really looking forward to getting back to the pub for that well-earnt pint!
Happy Monday Morning to all of my tremendous followers, I hope you’ve all had a fantastic weekend, I was extremely chuffed to bits on Saturday after purchasing a new bike to help with work commuting and leisurely exercise.
I’ve also been indulging into many beers from my honest brew mixed case that I bought last week, there are some cracking beers inside and I am in the process of producing the review posts for you all to see.
Well, what a week it’s been!
We’ve had sunshine, thunderstorms and rain, the lightning on Tuesday night was absolutely crazy in my hometown.
Now, though we can forget about the horrible weather and look forward to a fabulous weekend coming up.
You may well remember in my last ale review post, I studied a tremendous beer which you can check out here Titanic Plum Porter.
Now, I thought it was only right to my next post on the brewery where this marvellous beer is brewed.
Now, you’ve got to admit, there is nothing better than a lovely and small rustic-style country pub.
I mean they just fill you up with pure joy, excitement and it provides you with that happiness feel that you’re in such a fantastic place.
That’s what today’s post is on, a perfect and adorable little Country Pub called The Green Man.
Hello to you all, I hope you’re keeping yourselves well and safe during the lockdown!
Just before I get onto the next post, I want to mention that the former ales and breweries blog has successfully been rebranded to The Cask Connoisseur – I also now have got a tremendous new website and I’ve got plenty of content posts to keep you all occupied over the next coming week.
You may well remember in my last post, I talked about The Uttoxeter Brewing Company which is built on the site of The White Hart Hotel, this new business has been in operation for around 2 years now and it has shown that the business is going from strength to strength.
